Open space mindfulness (OSM) is about learning through and from self-reflection and exploration of one’s personal and group experiences. The aim of this space is to enable the young person to reflect and explore the self, individual/ community dynamics, challenges, and experiences both individually and as a community. The therapist enables OSM to be soothing and tranquil but at times it can be challenging and triggering which enables the young person and the practioners to work together and deepen their relationships.

Open space mindfulness is a facilitated space by our community therapist. This space is enabled by reflection and exploration once a week with the young people and practioners.
